Just off of the living area is the master suite. This room features a King-size bed, a seating area, and a large flat-screen TV. The master bathroom boasts a jetted tub, a large walk-in stone tile shower, and a double vanity. The master bedroom also has private access to the balcony overlooking the South side green in Rosemary Beach. Adorn the comfortable and open spaces of the living area. crown molding and extensive Luxury designer furnishings.

The kitchen boasts Viking stainless steel appliances, SieMatic kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops. The Breakfast Bar/Island provides a place to prepare dinner, as well as 2 more dining spaces. Enjoy the upgrades in the kitchen. You will find a spacious living area, custom dining area, and chef's kitchen.
A private security-coded elevator takes you to the 3rd-floor entrance of this beautiful condo.

The 2nd master suite has a queen-sized pillowtop bed and a private bathroom.

Additional sleeping for 2 is provided in the twin room with two twin-size beds. An attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the 3rd suite of the penthouse.

A furnished balcony off of the living area is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets, or just people watching on the Western Green.

We had a great time at Rosemary. We have probably rented 15 different places in Rosemary over the years and this one is one I would definitely rent again. The condo was spotless and well stocked. It is super convenient to the beach and all of the dining and shopping available in Rosemary. It is a great rental .

We absolutely LOVED this condo, it is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and it has a corner wrap around porch that is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We were here for a wedding at the Town Center and this condo is just across the street. Wonderful location and the parking spot was spacious as well!!

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the Rose at Mercado. It was the perfect fit for us. The property is well maintained and has all of the amenities we were looking for, except a shower in the queen bedroom-there is only a tub. We spent early mornings and late evenings on the deck. We absolutely loved the location. We were a short walk from the beach, the shops and restaurants (our favorite being La Crema). Having elevator access was fantastic! Any questions we had were immediately answered and we appreciated the Hospitality app and the email reminders with important info. We look forward to our next trip to Rosemary and would absolutely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for the week. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed for our family to feel comfortable. I loved how open and spacious it felt. It was nice for our family to all be on the same floor without stairs. We will definitely return to this place on our next trip to RB!

I was really unsure about the location, having never been to Rosemary Beach. I couldn't figure out what we were getting ourselves into. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo itself was so cute and nicely appointed. It was much roomier than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed. the little room that has the twin beds is super cute and was fine for us. I brought 4 teenage girls, and they just loved it. My husband and I both had to do some work remotely and that worked out fine because the Wi-Fi was good and the condo is so quiet. The location is fantastic. We loved being right over the shops and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Even when we forgot whatever random thing it was that day our walk back from the beach wasn't a pain at all. The only thing that we didn't just love was the balcony is over a restaurant and the dumpster for the building. That didn't always smell particularly delightful, but everything else was so great we just spent time out there when it wasn't smelly. The property management company was super responsive and helpful. The amenities are fantastic, and we used the workout facility, most of the pools and of course the beach. We loved it and absolutely recommend it.

The perfect location for our last minute spring break trip. Great layout for hanging out as a family or having my son's friends over for pizza. Quick walk to everything. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Rose at Mercado! Super convenient spot, beautifully decorated space, and perfect for our family! We loved the balcony, and really enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental, too! We never really had to use our vehicle, we were within close walking distance of so many things!
