With a brilliant, contemporary design and a radiant open layout, Kingston Beach Club is one of the most beautiful homes in Rosemary Beach. Combining a luxurious coastal lifestyle with a laid-back and inviting beachside vibe, this magnificent five-bedroom getaway is the perfect place to call home during your next Rosemary Beach escape. With a sprawling backyard oasis that includes a sparkling sea-blue swimming pool, you may find it challenging to leave this exquisite estate once you’ve arrived!

The modern design of Kingston Beach Club includes a soaring roofline that allows for sky-high vaulted ceilings in the main GREAT ROOM. Here, exposed wood beams overhead and honey-colored wood flooring below add just the right dash of casual style to this sumptuous room. A wall of crystal-clear windows looks out over the backyard and pool, while the comfy slip-covered furnishings surround the large HDTV.

Next to the living space are the DINING AREA and KITCHEN, both open, welcoming spots. The dining table has seating for eight people, while the lustrous peninsula bar has casual seating for five more. Your whole group will love spending time in this large room, which allows for effortless socializing. The appliance suite includes a gas range, spacious refrigerator, wine fridge, dishwasher, and in-drawer microwave, all surrounded by gleaming, custom wood cabinetry, and quartz countertops.

Three of the five bedrooms are located on this main level. The first bedroom is the PRIMARY SUITE and features a king-size bed and a seating area with a large HDTV. Through the walk-in closet lies the ENSUITE BATHROOM, with a double vanity and giant step-in shower. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM has a king-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM includes a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle. Another FULL BATHROOM can be accessed from the hallway.

Upstairs, a BUNK ROOM includes a full-over-full-size bunk bed and another separate full-size bed, allowing six people to sleep comfortably in this space. This corner room is filled with windows and bright sunlight and opens onto the second-floor balcony overlooking the pool area below. There’s also a FIFTH GUEST BEDROOM on this floor with a king-size bed and ENSUITE BATHROOM, and another FULL BATHROOM accessed from the hallway.

Back down the stairs and outside, you’ll find the spot where you may spend most of your time— the luxe, resort-style BACKYARD with a crystal-clear SWIMMING POOL. The pool includes a relaxing waterfall feature, surrounded by a paved stone patio and vibrant turf grass. There are plenty of spots to soak up the sunshine or relax in the shade, as well as host an alfresco meal for the whole family or simply sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. When you do venture out, the delicious cafes, beautiful beaches, and community parks of Rosemary Beach are right around the corner.

We had a great stay and vacation at this beach home. The layout and combination of beds and rooms was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having a large enough table for all of us to converse and eat around during meals. The mid century and clean decor and design added a fun dimension to our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bikes were great. Great communication with the management also.

We came on a girls trip, and it was the best place to relax and catch up. Not to mention so beautiful! Walking distance into town, and the pool is a must! So glad we found Kingston Beach Club!!

Overall it was really nice. The property has a bit more wear than the photos show and there is an extremely loud pool alarm when any door is opened without pressing the button and the doors cannot stay open without the alarm going off. It would be nice to have a way to turn that off if you do not have small children, which we did not.

Pool alarms are required under Florida State Law and must remain on whether children are present, and disabling them is against the law. We have detailed instructions in our mobile app and would have also been happy to provide them to ensure you know that you have to press the button before opening the door to keep them from going off. We understand it can be frustrating when someone forgets to press the button, and you have to hear the pool alarm, but we don't have a choice due to the state statute.
