Located within an exclusive complex that is perched on the bright green lawn of St. Augustine Park, Just Breathe Flat is located one flight up. When you enter this inviting space, you’re welcomed by a soothing neutral palette that blends sandy neutrals with crisp whites and pops of calming blues. A dining space for six people leads into the living area— where two comfy sofas and driftwood-inspired furnishings face a large HDTV. Lots of windows and glass doors let the bright squares of sunlight inside and lead out to the patio that overlooks the gorgeous park that’s just across the street.

Back inside, a peninsula bar of Santa Cecilia granite has casual stool seating and leads into the open, galley-style kitchen. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes an electric range and oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave with a vent hood. Pristine white cabinets provide plenty of storage space.

Down the hallway is the primary bedroom suite, complete with a premier king-size bed set in a chic upholstered frame that’s flanked with bedside tables. This private and plush room also includes a navy blue armchair, rustic dresser, and a large HDTV. The ensuite bathroom features a double vanity, garden tub, and step-in shower. In the second bedroom, there are two custom twin-over-twin size built-in bunk beds with sleeping space for four and an HDTV. An additional full bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Tucked among the swaying trees and charming cobblestoned street of Rosemary Beach, Just Breathe Flat boasts an idyllic location that places you front-and-center to all of the surrounding 30A magic. Enjoyed the stay both condo and location. The beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. We needed a battery replaced in a smoke detector and it was quickly addressed. Easy to communicate with property management. This is our second time in same building and very pleased again!

The condo was clean and great for families of 3-6. Location is no farther than 10 minutes from anywhere in Rosemary. Bikes were a nice perk and allowed us to get places even quicker! Nice tv’s, comfortable beds, and kitchen was well stocked. Quality washer/dryer combo as well. Property management company was very communicative as well. The only small negative would be that the noise from Hwy 98 is noisy in the mornings so if you enjoy quiet outside while you drink your coffee this will not be your spot.

We loved staying at Just Breathe! The location was so convenient within the Rosemary Beach community. The beds were so comfortable, even the bunk beds! We enjoyed the beach and bikes by day and movies on the sofas by night. The throw blankets were a nice touch. We loved having breakfast on the porch in the mornings. This was perfect for us (4 adults)!

We loved this location and found it to be a perfect set-up with the bunk room having plenty of space for the kids. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We will come back!

We really enjoyed our time at Just Breath Flat. The flat is on the 2nd level but does have an elevator which was very important for my husband who uses a walking device. The flat is well laid out making it easy for my husband to use his walker. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is true to its listing offering many amenities. Sitting on the balcony with my morning cup of coffee was a highlight.

Nothing is very far in Rosemary beach but we loved that it was only a three block walk to the shops. The beach was an easy 10-minute walk for us. The town of Rosemary is very accommodating to the needs of someone who needs assistance walking. Ramps were available whenever we encountered steps. The security person who drives the golf cart around town gave us his phone number in case my husband got tired walking and needed a ride. Beach Services offered a beach wheelchair making it easier to get to our beach chair. There is no charge for the using the wheelchair which is located at the handicap accessible crossover (G).

We plan to return to Rosemary Beach next year and will definitely book Just Breath Flat for our accommodation. It is a lovely property.

The condo was beautiful and calming. We loved our stay at Just Breathe located just beyond the village area of Rosemary Beach. Perfect walk to the wonderful shops and the gorgeous beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Just Breathe was everything as described in the ads and more. The condo was tastefully decorated, well-supplied, perfectly clean, and just the right size for the two of us. The location was centrally located such that everything we wanted to do( beach, indoor and outdoor pools, shops, and restaurants) was all within easy, 5-10 minute walking distance. And the free bikes made it even easier to get around, including touring the interesting and impressive architecture of the homes in the Rosemary Beach area. There even just happened to be a music concert less than a block from the condo one evening that we were able to watch and listen to from our front deck. And although it’s a very popular area, it was never crowded or too busy anywhere we went during our mid-June stay.
If you want a relaxing and fun vacation near a beautiful beach and great amenities, this is a great choice!

Great space and location! Very clean! However the bunk bed room was much warmer than rest of condo and the kids on top bunks complained it was so hot so they slept on the sofas in living room. We were there for spring break, can’t imagine summer since the property won’t allow thermostat to be below 70. In addition we heard ALL footsteps of those above us.
