Description

Elysee Retreat is a sparkling, rare jewel of a home— luxurious yet laid-back, elegant yet completely comfortable, and perfectly placed in an exclusive gated community in the heart of Seacrest Beach. The front facade of Elysee Retreat is a treat for the eyes, with pristinely manicured landscaping, swaying palm trees, and a stunning Mediterranean-inspired design.

Inside, the entire home has been expertly curated by renowned Atlanta-based designer Melanie Turner. Ms. Turner is known for being inspired by high fashion balanced with soothing, natural tones. She believes in surrounding her clients with beauty— and nowhere is that more apparent than at Elysee Retreat, where you’ll find simple, stunning beauty around every corner.

In the living area, crisp white walls are offset with rustic, exposed wood beams and gleaming oak floors. Two plush sofas provide plenty of places to sink down and relax with a great book or movie. The elegantly arched windows and glass doors allow the natural Florida sunshine to flood the space with light. Around the corner is another living space with tons of additional seating.

In the kitchen, a totally unique, bespoke banquette dining area features a cream sofa surrounded by slabs of gleaming gray and white marble. The luxe Gaggenau appliances blend seamlessly with the sleek, Italian-made cabinets and create a clean palette. Nearby, an enormous, live-edge wood dining table has formal seating for ten.

On the second floor, there are three spacious master suites that each include a sumptuous king-size bed set into a custom upholstered bed frame. Each of the three suites has its own private, spa-like bathroom. The grand master suite has a separate soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanity. The other two bathrooms have a unique, curved, marble vanity and subway-tiled showers. On the third level are two more private bedrooms with tons of flexible sleeping space and a shared full bathroom.

Back on the ground level, the arched French doors swing open wide to reveal a brilliant blue swimming pool surrounded by stone pavers and bright green grass. An outdoor lounge area is an ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine while dinner cooks on the grill nearby.

Our whole family loved this property. The location was perfect- beach side of 30A, in a gated community, walk down street to private beach access, beach chair company at bottom of stairs. Minutes walk to downtown Rosemary for shops and restaurants. House was professionally decorated, very comfortable beds and furniture, living spaces large, kitchen appliances fully stocked... This house was large and plenty of room to sleep a large group. Property management was kind and immediately responsive to a couple of small requests. We’ll hopefully use this same house for our next trip. I highly recommend this property company, and this property.

This home is centrally located and easy to enjoy Rosemary and Alys. The home is spacious and it is a great layout to have several groups around the house. The beach is a very short walk and less crowded than most nearby options.

This home was perfect for our large family. Big, beautiful, clean house. It is in a perfect location. It’s incredibly close to the beach and the private access is wonderful. This is also convenient for littles if they need to take bathroom breaks. It also comes with bikes and we rode bikes all around! It’s so close to everything. We loved the location of this home and couldn’t have been happier with the home, location, and service and communication from the agency.

The homes location and interiors pretty much can't be beat. Great house for families. We loved the bikes and beach chairs that were included! While the interiors are impeccable, the condition of the overall home seems to be going downhill. Leaks, faulty electric, doors not locking, not opening, or falling off the kitchen cabinets. Several issues from day one. However, the property managers couldn't have been more responsive and helpful. Each issue was addressed immediately and with follow up to make sure we were happy. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would return to this house in the future.

This home is gorgeous! We were beyond comfortable and could enjoy time together or time in separate groups given all the space! The beds were dreamy. All of the amenities were supplied for our stay. Management company was great and we can’t wait to stay again!

Overall the property and house were great. It was nice being in a gated community and having private access to the beach. Home was very clean and comfortable. Even with 12 people we had plenty of room. There is current new home construction in the neighborhood but it did not bother us. My only suggestion would be not to bring or rent a golf cart. The Rosemary Beach area is NOT golf cart friendly and the city enforcement officers are extremely rude. I receive a parking ticket while sitting in my golf cart waiting to pick up my family. Save your money and rent bikes or walk.

Maintenance was very responsive to requests! Good communication on the part of property management company. The pool did get a little gross mid week. Someone did come and blow around pool which was nice but no one ever checked/cleaned pool. We had to skim pool. 7 day rental pool should be checked cleaned by a vendor.

Everything you desire in a house was at #19 Elysee. Could not have been better for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Gated from road and to beach. Excellent meals at Alys. We were not accustomed to the crowds on the beach. Ordering chairs is a must. We were given front row. Perhaps a tip helps or the home owner having some chairs that go with the home.

This house was beautifully designed and furnished with elegant neutral accents. The bedding and bath was clean and fresh. We enjoyed every bit of our vacation and felt we have traveled to another world. Short walking distance to Rosemary Beach and to Alys Beach.

Elysee was very pretty & conveniently located. Very disappointed in the fact that we all arrived at 4:30 and it had started raining. I called management and asked if my son, daughter in law and granddaughter who had just arrived from the airport could go inside because it was raining. I was told no that the property was not cleared yet for check-in. No maintenance was even there. At 4:45 the pool guy arrived while they stood out in the rain with their luggage. I received a text at 4:50 that they could now go inside. I understand Covid and check in times but no one had even been renting the property for days. It would have been nice to have had an earlier check in. Check out at 9:00 and Check in at 5:00 is extremely inconvenient. There were many flies in the kitchen and no fly swatters available at Publix or Winn Dixie. I called about a missing drain plug in my bathroom and it took 2 days to be replaced and then it broke. The grill was not drained of grease and a fire resulted that caused my sons to unlock and move the grill which could have been very dangerous.

Will be back again! Best location and gorgeous home!

I’m so happy with the Elysee Retreat property. All of the rooms are large and the living rooms are jaw dropping as you walk into the home. The pool was large compared to other properties we considered renting for our vacation. You are a very short walk to the beach which wasn’t overcrowded. Crabby Steve’s is also a short walk from the house on the beach and his food and drinks are delicious!

The Elysee retreat was a dream. Beautiful home. We stayed a week. Two families. 10 kids. 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone & some. Clean. Gorgeous interior design. Beds were very comfortable in all the rooms. Had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked. Of course vacationing with 30A luxury was amazing as usual. Thank you Roxxy & Chris:) We asked for the pool to be heated and someone came right away. The beach is a 4 min walk, 2 min bike ride to the cul de sac and then to private boardwalk. Beach chair service was easy & the guys were so nice each time we rented chairs. Loved the proximity of the house to everything. We usually stay in Rosemary but this house was super close. Right across from all the Seacrest shops & restaurants. Gated community. Private. Quiet. Don’t hear anything when you r inside. Kids went in & out as the pleased. We stayed an extra night and would have stayed longer if possible! This house was our family’s fav by far. Would love to rent it again someday! Another great Fall break! We had a wonderful time staying at Elysee Retreat. The home was lovely and the location perfect for beaching, restaurants and shops. The pool was great for the kids and heating it during the fall allowed them to swim day and night. 30A Luxury Vacations were fantastic. Elysee Retreat vs Hurricane Sally

We spent a lot of time inside this home due to Hurricane Sally. Sally brought a few challenges to the home but other than those unforeseen drip zones at some of the large window & at one of the upstairs balcony’s (which caused issues down in the kitchen). The management was helpful in addressing our needs in these
areas. Also because of Sally, our family beach photos were taken inside this ‘catalog’ worthy home. It was the perfect pallet, with its museum white plaster walls and beautifully current decor. Shaun was very helpful in dealing with the few issues we had (ice maker not working & a door that would not open out to the pool). Chris, in the office, worked diligently with us with our special needs traveling with 3 babies.
