With the same stunning style and gorgeous design of the main home— only on a slightly more petite scale— Deauville Carriage House is the ideal pied-å-terre for smaller groups looking for the perfect balance of easy comfort and luxurious style. With a main living area and a lofted sleeping space, there’s still plenty of room to spread out at Deauville Carriage House. This convenient hideaway can also be rented with the main house for larger groups needing more space and privacy.

Located above the garage, the main living area of Deauville Carriage House is on the second level, allowing for an ideal vantage point for people watching and enjoying the refreshing sea breezes. Bright white walls and large, sunny windows create an open and inviting vibe, while comfy neutral furnishings face a large HDTV— ideal for kicking back with your favorite TV show and some snacks.

A cozy breakfast nook with a bistro table for four leads into the recently remodeled kitchen, where a mosaic-tile backsplash highlights sea glass-colored cabinets. Natural light streams into this space and illuminates the premier appliances, including a smooth-top electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. The carriage house also boasts its own washer and dryer.

Sleeping spaces at Deauville Carriage House abound, including a fold-out sofa bed in the living area and two fold-out child beds tucked underneath the stairway. If you climb the steps, you’ll find a delightful lofted sleeping area with a luxe queen-size bed and a large HDTV. Back downstairs, the full bathroom features a marble vanity and a spacious, glass-enclosed shower.

Deauville Carriage House also includes a lovely private terrace overlooking the charming neighborhood below. For beach lovers, nothing compares to the convenience of throwing a beach towel over your shoulder, slipping on your flip-flops, and being at the shoreline in just a few short steps. You’ll also be close to downtown Rosemary, ideal for romantic dinners or lazy afternoons of strolling around with ice cream cones.

Just so you know, guests of Deauville Carriage House (guest house above garage) do not share the courtyard area, pool or outdoor kitchen with guests of Deauville Cottage (main house).

We stayed for 5 nights in May. They did a good job with the renovation. We did have some minor issues like the shower head was loose and the dryer was not working. But the management was quick to respond to the service requests. Location is the best. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Would recommend to stay here.

We had the best week at the Deauville Carriage House. It is the perfect size for a small family or couple. We brought an air mattress for our two kids but the fold out “beds” provided worked great! The decor is bright and airy, in good condition and the unit was very clean. There were ample amounts of towels and extra bedding. The best thing about this carriage house is the location, it’s so close to town square and the beach walkover. Management was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.I would highly recommend for a week away!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Dauville Carriage House for a week. The location was perfect for access to the beach and the square. We had everything we needed. We were provided great detailed information on the app. We would definitely stay here again if available for our next trip.

Absolutely fantastic little guest home that was perfect for just the two of us to celebrate our honeymoon/babymoon. It was clean and management company was helpful. Only thing that I wish the house had were spices. We had to buy salt and pepper to make a few of our meals and left them there for the next guest.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Might I also say how clean the property was. Everything was lovely at the carriage house. The pictures don’t do the place justice. This place is a very short walk to the beach, the Rosemary downtown shops/stores and restaurants. The alarm noise that was mentioned in other reviews was not a problem once you learn how to disable it in a timely manner. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely recommend.

We had such a fabulous time staying at this beautiful, well-appointed house. Deauville Cottage completely suited our needs as a large family. The location was perfect for us – just a block away from the beach (<5 min walk), which was important when going with the kids and bringing all of our sand toys, books, snacks and drinks. The convenience meant we were down at the beach every day – during the day and also just to catch the sunset. The location was also great, as it was not far off the 30A turn off onto a quiet road, so we didn’t get caught up in the traffic snarls towards the town centre. This meant for easy in and out to go to shops, restaurants and make grocery runs. We also greatly appreciated the many thoughtful details – gorgeous décor, beautiful linens, plenty of towels, private plunge pool, separate wine and beverage fridge and icemaker, plus every appliance and dishware we needed for our family meals in the large open kitchen/great room. We could seat all of us comfortably and even another family that joined us for dinner one evening. As well, we all loved our individual ensuite bathrooms and patios for privacy and enjoying quiet time for each of us too. Beyond returning with our family, I definitely plan to return with my friends for our upcoming ladies’ getaway this fall. I can imagine that this would be an ideal place for all of us to enjoy some meals and drinks together, quick jaunts out to cafes, bike rides and convenient, relaxing days at the beach. Thank you!

Our week long stay at Deauville Carriage House was an extremely comfortable and relaxing experience. We loved the bright, open modern space of the house and its coastal charm. The location was perfect for accessing the very beautiful Rosemary beach, the shops and the restaurants. We enjoyed taking leisurely strolls and riding the bikes (our daughter particularly loved the donuts from the nearby cafe!). The house was immaculately maintained and very well equipped. We would highly recommend the Carriage House as the perfect place to stay when visiting the 30A.

I’ve been coming to Rosemary Beach for the last 20 years. This time was my absolute favorite.

The only thing that wasn’t great was that the house has this little alarm when you open the door. Imagine Jim Carey in the movie Dumb and Dumber where he asks Harry if he wants to hear the most annoying sound in the world... yea. I found it.

The place was very nice and we will certainly be back. That said, it was not without issue. The neighbors entered the house 2x thinking that their rental included the space we were in. Honestly, I don't blame them as it was quite confusing. Additionally, the cleaning crew walked in on the wrong day (and before check out would have been had it been the right day).
