Clean, bright, and fresh, Benoit Carriage House is a cozy Rosemary Beach flat with a location that’s tough to top. Located only one block from the bustling town center and a quick stroll from the beach, this comfy and welcoming carriage house is ideal for small families and couples. You’ll be within walking or biking distance of several picturesque parks and glittering community swimming pools, and have a peaceful and charming space to call home.

Benoit Carriage House features a vaulted ceiling and a soaring, arched windows that allows plenty of natural sunlight in and adds a lovely feeling of spaciousness. The living area is the definition of laid-back luxury, with a crisp white sofa, two plush armchairs, and a large HDTV sitting on a vintage-inspired sideboard. French doors open to reveal a sun-drenched terrace with a seating area for sipping your fresh mug of coffee each morning.

The petite, L-shaped kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to prepare fresh banana pancakes, quick snacks for the beach, or a casual dinner. Sea-blue cabinets provide a surprising amount of storage space, and the glossy quartz countertops are a stylish workspace. Premier appliances include a two-burner range, compact refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. A dining table with seating for four sits nearby.

Climb the stairs to the sleeping area, where a luxurious king-size bed is tucked cozily underneath the eaves and is flanked by two reading lamps. Additional sleeping spots include a custom twin-size berth nestled underneath the staircase and the living room sofa which pulls out. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo surrounded by beautiful hexagon tiles and a porcelain sink with a sleek chrome faucet.

This carriage house shares an outdoor courtyard space with Benoit Cottage, which includes a gas range for grilling fresh seafood or steaks.

Benoit Carriage House sits in the ideal sweet spot of Rosemary Beach, allowing you to park your car in the one garage space and leave it there for the duration of your vacation. Walk everywhere from your front door— including local cafes, shops, parks, and attractions— or ride the provided bicycles. The pristine sandy shores and emerald-green waves of the Gulf of Mexico are also only a short stroll away. The place was clean and inviting with the light coming in the beautiful windows. My daughter loved the built-in bed! We did find the bathroom pretty small for the three of us, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The best thing was the location - steps to the beach and town. We loved sitting out in the balcony in the mornings and at sunset. Management was quick to respond and very helpful! We had a great time!!

Our stay was lovely! We enjoyed the amenities and being so close to the beach with an ocean view. No complaints! We eventually found the washer/dryer in the garage which was a huge plus.

A truly fabulous cottage with stunning views of the ocean! You cannot beat the location of this carriage house. We stayed there with our two teenage sons and found it to be very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and the architecture was exquisite. I would highly recommend this to the most discerning traveler. We hope to stay there again on our return.!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Carriage House. It was perfectly located. Close to the beach but also close to the center of the little village. It was quiet and beautifully decorated. The whole place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the bathtub. It didn’t hold water. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the beach, not much longer to restaurants and shops.
It was very clean and I loved the decor.
We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, that is, with cookware etc. needed to prepare a delicious dinner for 2.
The management team was extremely responsive and accommodating, bringing extra towels when requested.
We look forward to our return!

We had two adults and two children (age 11 and 9) in the carriage house for a week. Everything was fresh and clean upon arrival. There were thorough and clear directions for everything it was so easy to check in and take advantage of everything! 1-2minute walk to the beach and very close to town center. Great bikes, Clean, comfortable linens we all slept wonderfully. It is the perfect, quiet and peaceful location. It’s a beautiful, prime location with everything you need for a fantastic beach trip. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return regularly!

We had a wonderful time staying at Benoit Carriage House. It was three of us (husband, wife, teen son), and we had just enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location is almost unbeatable. In the middle of summer, we had no trouble accessing any amenities, the beach, or the town's main street. It was a great stay, and we look forward to booking this carriage house again!

We had a great time in this cozy carriage house. It is a stone's throw from the beach AND the down town area where there are great restaurants and shops. The inside of the space is spacious and just enough for 2 people. You could make it work with 4 if someone crashed on the couch and on the twin bed located under the stairs. We loved it!
We had some cars parked in our spots when we first arrived and security was ON IT getting them to move their cars.
The texts messages from management was super helpful and easy to get questions answered without any hassle. Any phone calls we made were normally not answered but were returned right away and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!
The vibe and feel of the neighborhood is extremely unique and we will definitely be back!
