We loved our stay at the Uncorked Cottage! The home was beautiful and clean, and the location couldn’t be better. The hosts were super responsive and helpful, sending someone to help us and respond to our requests quickly! We would 100 percent stay here again and recommend this property to anyone! The only improvement I could say is that having beach towels available would be helpful, as well as standard pantry items (salt, pepper, extra paper towels), but otherwise was a 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect getaway! The host were so friendly and accommodating. Actually I feel like they went above and beyond. We arrived early from the airport with several large suitcases.. We had several hours before check-in and the host not only let us keep our luggage at the office, but they even drove it to the house so that our luggage would be there when we were ready to check in. The house was so beautiful and the area was perfect! Everything was clean and inviting. I couldn’t get over how charming and grand the house felt. The architecture was like a mixture of New Orlenas, European. It was just a short walk to all the restaurants and boutiques. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed exploring all around. There were plenty of swimming pools available and I think we tried every one of them! We hired a mobile message therapist to come to the home and she set her table up on the covered porch upstairs. This was a perfect location! The therapist had calming music playing in the backgroud and the entire expierence left us in a state of serenity. During our stay we took an Airboat adventure tour. This too was well worth the expierence. The scenery was breathtaking and we were able to see an alligator and a dolphin. We were dying to try some crab cakes and heard lot’s of great reviews from a nearby place. During our stay the place was not open and we were so disapointed. We called to see if they would be opened at all during our short stay and the owner came to open it just for us to get their famous crab cakes! Unbelievable! The crab cakes were AMAZING! Trust me! We honestly felt so pampered by everyone from the moment we arrived. This was a vacation that we will not forget and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Such a cute home! My 3 daughters and I had a great experience for our Girls’ getaway to celebrate my oldest daughter's 40th birthday. The location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants, the beach, shopping and the spa. Location was important because we flew in and did not even need a rental car. We used the bikes at the house to go to Alys Beach (and beyond) or took an Uber. We’ve stayed in Rosemary several times and just love the “vibe” here. The house was so clean and the king beds were very comfortable. A couple of the bathrooms could use some updating and not quite enough silverware but we ate out at the fabulous restaurants so cooking wasn’t really involved much with this trip. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend the “Uncorked Cottage”. Their management staff was “spot on” with everything. They assisted us with getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach and we’re very helpful with other requests as well. They were great! Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Rosemary!

The home and the town of rosemary were one of our favorite vacation experiences ever. We will definitely be back. Enough room to entertain and sleep. One comment that I think is important to highlight is that the upstairs room doesn’t have a door on it. So older kids making noise or younger kids trying to sleep early might be an issue. We were fine bc the AC units were just noisy enough to drown us out while hanging out that our littles slept through it with out a problem. Overall a totally magical and lovely week!!

This property was Relaxing and just the right size. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved how open the space was downstairs for our family to enjoy. The porch facing the courtyard was our favorite place to spend early evenings, and we also really enjoyed how quiet the house was compared to other places we’ve rented. Even though it’s on the other side of the beach, it was still just a five minute bike ride away. The property was very well-maintained. The linens were in excellent condition, bathrooms were up-to-date, and everything felt like it was truly a part of someone’s home and not a rental. The only negative in this was a small thing was that we only had one beach/amenity pass. I guess we could’ve called to ask for another one but it made it a little tricky when we all went down to the beach at different times or if someone wanted to go to the pool. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

WE had an amazing stay at Uncorked Cottage. The house was beautiful, clean, and so unique. There were so many places to hang out and we especially loved the upstairs porch and front porch. The management company reached out several times checking to see if we needed anything (which we didn't) and were very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. The bikes were great, and the beach toys in the garage were a nice surprise for my kids! We traveled with an 1 month old and a 3 year old. This house was perfect!

Our family had an amazing experience staying at this property, as the accommodations were above and beyond our dreams for a luxurious experience! The home is stunning, the bedrooms a cozy retreat and the porch so relaxing as we drank wine or even did yoga on the front common area. The quaint neighborhood resembled someone out of a movie setting with warm lighting to guide the paths as we took evening strolls. We learned that the red arrows on posts led to a wonderful walking experience (around 2.5 miles) around all of Rosemary Beach bring you right back to the property. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again!

Another nice property and the management company is great... super responsive!!! AC on 2nd floor (master) not efficient... warmer than wanted nights. Some broken cabinets in kitchen but overall the home was very nice. Location is great... only 5 minute bike ride to beach!

David did an amazing job talking care of us. Roxy did too. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. My mom 90 yeasts old, my daughter 8 months pregnant,, my 4 years old granddaughter, and my youngest daughter, had a great time at this beautiful house. We love Rosemary Beach and for sure will be back, and would love to stay at the same house.

This house was beautiful, clean and we really enjoyed our stay. A couple of issues we had with the house were:
The front/back door handle really hurts when you open them. They need to find a different kind of handle. Every single person hurt their hand when opening the doors.
Second, more installation needs to be added to hide noise. We could hear evert footstep in the house.

The house lived up to all of our expectations. The location was great, it was beautifully furnished, and very clean. The rental staff was excellent to work with and checked on us from the beginning to the end of our stay. We had one very small issue with the downstairs TV (didn’t know which remote to use ��) and the maintenance man was there within 10 minutes. We will definitely go back and I will recommend this vacation rental company with a glowing review to anyone!!

We had a great time on our first visit to Rosemary Beach in early May. The house was immaculate and left very little to desire. The two bedrooms on the second floor were well sized. The master bathroom was huge and the guest bathroom was quite a bit smaller but manageable. The only thing I would note is the "third" bedroom on the third floor does not have a door - it serves more as a loft. It wasn't a huge deal for us since our child slept in a pack n play but if you have little ones that could get out of bed you would probably want to put up a baby gate at the top of the stairs.
The location was great, an easy 3-5 minute bike ride to the beach or the square.

Uncorked Cottage was absolutely delightful. The amenities were amazing. We loved how close it was to all of the great restaurants Rosemary has to offer. Uncorked was a lovely vacation home. Room for everyone to gather and spread out. We loved the porch over the courtyard for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Have stayed in Rosemary Beach many times over the years but this was our first time utilizing the services of 30A Luxury Vacations. What a pleasant surprise, as we found the company to be friendly, easy to work with, efficient, and professional. Reservation process was a breeze and the 30A app for android kept me up to date throughout the process and then contained all of the relevant information about the rental property (access codes, bike lock codes, beach access info, how to work all of the remotes and stereos, etc - all personalized to the Uncorked Cottage). Uncorked Cottage was a wonderful house. We had 6 teenagers and 4 adults and were extremely comfortable throughout our stay. Spectacular main floor sitting areas and kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and baths, and the 3rd floor "man cave" for the 4 boys was ideal as it had 4 twin beds, full bath, its own TV and AC. Grandparents had the privacy of the Carriage House when needing a break from all of the teenage action. House located on a beautiful and peaceful park. What more could you ask for? Ideal.

We loved riding around on our complimentary bikes and having access to all of the different amenities that Rosemary has to offer. The beds in the house were also super comfy. Everyone slept great. It was also super easy to book through 30A Luxury Vacations. We used their app and I never had any questions about anything which made everything even easier. One thing I will say is that the property was dusty and some of the lamps had spider webs on could use a deeper cleaning BUT that didn't bother us. I also didn't call the rental agency to let them know about it which I am pretty confident they would have sent someone out had I called to notify them of it sooner. With all that said, we will definitely be back and would love to stay at this house again.

The house was very nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and plenty of room. The kids room upstairs was really great! I loved that it had it's own AC unit and had a shade on the window that kept the room dark i the mornings!
The house is located on a quiet street in the back of Rosemary, with a beautiful green space at the front. Great for little ones!It is a very well managed property that I would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Uncorked Cottage in Rosemary Beach. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The porch opens to a spacious courtyard where our children threw the frisbee and football, and the nearby pools and shopping were wonderful diversions when we tired of being on the beach. We enjoyed the ability to park our car and not move it again the entire time we were there, as everyone uses bicycles in Rosemary Beach to get around.
Also, I can't recommend 30-A Luxury Vacations highly enough. We discovered when we got home that my little girl had left some clothes behind, and the rental office worked with housekeeping to locate our items and then kindly mailed them all to us as a courtesy.
It was an all-around fantastic vacation and rental experience from start to finish! You will love this place!

The Uncorked Cottage was conveniently located in a quiet section of Rosemary Beach. We were only a quick bike ride to the pools and the beach. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. There was room for my large family and guests at the dinner table. For a cooking enthusiast, this kitchen was a vacationer's dream. The island cook-top and range keeps the cook in the mix with family and guests as dinner is prepared. Clean up is a breeze with one and a half dishwashers. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, especially the master with the cozy swing on the private porch. Finally, the staff at 30A Luxury Rentals was courteous, attentive, and professional. We highly recommend the Uncorked Cottage for a comfortable vacation stay for a large family.

The Uncorked Cottage features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, accommodating up to 8 guests. The first level offers an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room, flooded with natural light from the many windows and tall ceilings. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen to cook up all your family favorites. The back porch opens directly onto a small grassy green, perfect for a breath of fresh air. On the second level, you’ll find the master suite, guest suite, and laundry closet. The guest suite holds a KING bed, flat screen TV, private bath, and a small private balcony overlooking the courtyard.
There’s more than enough space for 2 in the master suite with a KING bed, study nook, walk-in closet & large private bath. Take a break on the private balcony styled with an oversized porch swing and seating area, complete with custom cushions and shutters you can leave open or close for a little more privacy. We recommend leaving the shutters open since the balcony overlooks a beautiful green with a fountain and large tree limbs hanging overhead.
