What a cute studio apartment - well equipped with everything we needed - small fridge, icemaker, coffee, washer/dryer, plenty of towels, a balcony perfect for sipping morning coffee and more! Just a block from the beach!

The place itself is nice and clean. It is a bit on the small side; basically, a studio that has a floating divider between the bed area and the living area. It is cozy and it is nicely furnished. We liked being very close to the beach - it is only about a 2 minute walk. It is also only a few blocks from the main strip in Rosemary. It is easy to get to, and the neighborhood was nice and quaint and quiet.
This is great for a couple to stay, or a couple with 1 kid that don't mind being basically in the same room.
It was very easy to check in and check out (all by app) and we had no issues with the property or the management or the process.
I would recommend and would stay there again for sure!

This little second story place is the ideal location, location, location! So close to the beach! It is quant, clean and the communication with the manger is detailed and impeccable. Pool, eateries, shopping, coffee shops all in bike or walking distance in this darling community . Bed is comfy, veranda is lovely. Obviously it doesn’t have a full kitchen so plan accordingly. Coffee pot and basics available.

We love everything about Lola’s..just big enough for 2.. GREAT LOCATION to the beach and short walk into town..Our first time here it was alittle less busy which I like..this time we picked the week before memorial weekend..but still wasn’t crazy. We made sure we got reservations for dinner every night and it worked out fine. Ole Florida Fish House, The Havana Grill and Cuvée 30A a must if you’re looking for delicious meals...definitely do the beach chair rentals. Looking forward to our next stay at Lola’s

We love Lola’s Carriage House! It’s a great property close to the beach. Having bikes makes it so easy to ride around the community. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for a couple. We will return to Lola’s Carriage House again. So easy, the property management company is wonderful to work with. First of all, working with reality company was an excellent experience. Always answered the phone quickly and addressed all questions. The property is in a great location. Steps to the nearest pool and the D beach access gate. The property was perfect for the two of us and very clean. Only 3 to 4 blocks from the best shops and restaurants. The two bikes came in handy as well. We'll be back and look forward to booking Lola's again.

Steps to the beach, literally! Quiet neighborhood, peaceful, and relaxing. 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping. If you are a foodie and enjoy eating out all your meals, this is ideal. While there is a coffeemaker (old school) and microwave, and a mini fridge, there is no stove/oven. While I prefer to make my meals, we weren’t here long enough, so this place and location was perfect. The only things I would change would be to upgrade the bed from a queen to a king and the mattress...it def is caving in the middle. And it would be great to have a closet/hangers for dress clothes. Last request would be a full length mirror. Other than that, it’s perfect for a couple who really only want to spend time on the beach and dining out. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, and we loved it!

Lola’s carriage house was a perfect stay for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable & perfect for what we needed. The best part about it was the location!! were a few steps from the private beach & the restaurants & shops. The convenience of the apartment really added to the pleasure of our stay. We were also a short bike ride away from Ally’s Beach which was fun to explore & a very short drive to seaside.

This place is a little slice of heaven! It’s so close to the beach, (heated) pool, shopping and great restaurants. The place was so clean and perfect for our family of four (two kids - 5 and 7). We can’t wait to go back!

Great stay but only issue was the tv. Very difficult to locate channels. Could not find a Guide on selections to see channels, had to scroll through each channel to find what I wanted. Maybe a printed list of channels would help.

Fantastic.....from the beach, water, weather, home and location...it was our first trip to the Gulf, looking forward to many more. Rosemary Beach is a very quiet town, a place right up our alley..definitely schedule the daily beach chairs and umbrella set up...$$ but well worth it...Had great meals in town, but Old Fish House is a must try at least once..we went a couple times :-)..Food trucks in Seaside were great!!

Excellent stay! Great location. Clean and tidy. Convenient to everything. My only suggestion would be to place gutters above your stairs outside so rainwater doesn’t run directly off the roof onto the middle of the steps.

The only problem we had was not recognizing that the bed was a double rather than a queen. It was definitely too small for us.

Small & clean carriage house, close to the beach! Just wish it had a bigger, more comfortable bed (only a double size bed); wish it had a TV in the bedroom; wish it had a dishwasher; & wish it had an icemaker ( or someplace to keep ice).

We tried to sneak a vacation in between our daughters college visits. Last minute we found this carriage house! We loved the location. Great area, close to 2 walkout areas. Beaitiful!

Here's the only issue that you need to plan around. Unit has a SubZ mini fridge, microwave and a full oven. When you are at the beach and need to pack a cooler, or mix a drink, you need ICE. You must bring a good cooler just for ice. I biked to the gas station down the street each day to get a new bag.
The carriage house is clean, comfortable and perfectly located. Parking was never too much of an issue. Great stay!

Lola’s Carriage House has been updated recently. Great spot for a couple. Very nice. A couple of suggestions. Chairs for the porch/balcony would be nice. We ended up going to Dollar General and buying a couple of folding chairs which worked well. Porch is plenty big for a couple of chairs and small side table. Nice to have on a rainy afternoon or morning coffee. We were surprised that in the redo they did not buy a refrigerator with a freezer or ice maker. We text the property manager and asked for at least an ice bucket since we had flown in and did not have a cooler. A very nice new ice bucket was delivered that afternoon. Kudos to the manager.

Welcome to Lola’s Carriage House— a picture-perfect pied-å-terre with a distinctly elegant Rosemary Beach design. The facade of Lola’s Carriage House exudes classic beach house vibes— with tropical Bahamian shutters and a cobblestone driveway. Inside, the cozy, well-designed loft provides tons of storage and comfort in a relatively small space. Best of all, you’ll be conveniently located only a short stroll from the beach, the sparkling Coquina Pool, and charming downtown Rosemary.
The main living and dining area is wide open, and the neutral, sandy-toned walls are framed with lots of bright, sunny windows. Custom Bahamian shutters allow for some shade and privacy. In the living area, a plush cream-colored sofa is piled high with colorful throw pillows and pulls out to reveal a comfy sofa bed. A striped side chair and a leather club chair provide additional seating. The built-in entertainment center houses a flatscreen television and also creates a privacy barrier between the living and sleeping spaces.
The kitchenette is small but completely capable, with tons of thoughtful storage provided. The kitchenette features a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a small sink, and a coffee maker. The circular dining table has seating for four people and is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while reading the newspaper. Or perhaps you’ll want to take your mug outside to the private sun-dappled balcony that overlooks the neighborhood.
Around the corner is the sleeping space, complete with a new luxe king-size bed and built-in storage that adds some privacy from the living area, but doesn’t completely close it off. The full bathroom has a step-in shower with a glass door— ideal for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach or pool.
Perched on the corner of a charming tree-lined street, this positively adorable apartment home has a premier Rosemary Beach location. Guests of Lola’s Carriage House will be a few short steps from the gorgeous Eastern Green and beach walkover. If you’re in the mood to practice your backstroke, head one block east to the simply stunning Coquina Pool.
