We loved staying here. We didn’t realize how close it was to the beach and shops. We walked everywhere and it was awesome. We got a chance to use the bikes and go to the pool too! Overall it was a great stay. Comfortably fit 3 of us + my baby! Would highly recommend

The carriage house is a great size, floor plan and has everything you need for a comfortable beach getaway. The loft is perfect for a couple and the bunk room can comforably sleep 3 kiddos.
The 'mini' fridge is a good size and it's great to have a dish washer too!
The only thing we ran into that needed was a mirror! There was only one small mirror above the sink in the bathroom for getting ready. The addition of one elsewhere would be great!

No complaints. Yes the water does run on the floor from the shower but that's not my problem. It's a design flaw in the bathtub & shower combination. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was way more than we expected! Annual Mother Daughter Trip and first time at Rosemary Beach! Def won’t be our last. Everything was made so easy by the app. Julia’s Carriage House was perfect, close to every, and a 7 minute walk to the beach...yes, we timed it! Loved the bikes you provided and used them every morning. We parked our car on Sunday, and never moved it again until we left that Friday....thank you for a wonderful week!

This carriage house worked great for the three of us. Husband and wife and teenage daughter. The only thing that we found disappointing was that small refrigerator with no freezer. We couldn’t freeze our ice pack and that made it harder to take cold drinks to the beach. Other than that we loved it and had a wonderful trip.

Property Management company was responsive. However, one of the bicycles on the property did not work - tires were so deflated that you couldn't ride it. We requested another and never received. The home was well-maintained and perfect for our young family of 5. Our kids are 8, 11 and 13. If they were any older, this home would have been too small. More seating at the table would have been nice since the home sleeps 5. Overall, nice property in an excellent location!

The location is exceptional: next to the town center, pools, beach, restaurants and shops. I was disappointed and surprised to realize that the carriage house had shared property to the cottage house next door. The family who rented the cottage kept taking the bikes assigned to our carriage house, three days in a row. Also, the kitchen pots and pans are old and overused. I had to buy my own pan to be able to safely cook during my stay.

The carriage house was great and met our needs (myself and my 2 teenage kids). The only issue we had (and an easy fix for homeowner) was that the bathroom shower floor collected a lot of water after using it. If the home were mine, I would have that remedied to prevent water damage that might go without notice. After the first shower, we leveraged a few towels on the edge of the tub to prevent a lot of water from pooling and running down the wall and baseboard.

It was a great location but house needs some work. Old appliances, shower leaks everywhere. Sofa covers and pillows were not clean and could use a good laundering.

It does not have a full fridge and does not have an oven. It has this microwave convection oven thing. I've stayed in a lot of carriage houses but never one without a full fridge or oven. The living room was comfortable and a good size and the location was great. Good for a couple with kids that don't need much fridge space. or good for a short weekend.

- No disposal. A property at this price point should have a disposal,
- Saw a big roach in the sink, probably because of the lack of disposal.
- The ice maker did not work. This is not good when you are taking coolers to the beach.
- The fan in the loft over the master bed could not be used. The speed was not adjustable, and it was going too fast to use. A bedroom in a loft needs a good fan, as it is the first place to get hot.
- The check in time beginning at 5:00 pm means that you are not getting much use of that night's rent.
If these items could be addressed, the property would be considered excellent.
