We love coming to Rosemary beach for our family vacation. This house was perfect for everyone from kids, parents and friends. The house was beautiful and had lots of room . We were really just steps away from the beach, shopping and great places to eat! Thanks again !

Lovely home! Very comfortable house and very clean. Best location near the heart of Rosemary town square. Have stayed in many homes and this was definitely one of my favorite. Shades in home didn't work very well and was not a fan of bedrooms downstairs vs. main floor but overall fantastic! Great balcony too!

Our family vacation at Hammock Cottage was wonderful. There was plenty of space for everyone. I was not sure at first how I felt about the kitchen and master being on the 2nd floor but we ended up loving it. It is a great layout for either 2-3 families or kids downstairs. As other reviews said there are roaches. I think this cannot be helped due to the trees. It rained most of our time there so we were happy to have lots of space and a very large balcony because we were indoors most of the time.

We loved the location of this home off a quiet boardwalk and very close to North Barrett Square, which means quick & easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach is about a 10 min walk, depending on which walkover you use, and the Cabana pool is about 3 min's away. Property Mgmt was responsive and check in/out were easy. There is nearby construction but it wasn't an issue for us. Large porches were great for relaxing & AC works well (thank goodness bc it was 100 F!). A few minor maintenance issues should be addressed (e.g, upstairs outdoor porch light fixtures have broken glass, the built in microwave doesn't work but a backup appliance is provided, and several of the lamps/ light fixtures need new bulbs). Be aware that the downstairs king bed has no middle support so an adult cannot sleep in that bed; we worked around it but that would be an issue if two adults need to use that room. When we arrived the sofa cushions were really wet so I assume they had just been cleaned and needed a few days to dry. Overall a great property and I will rent from 30A Luxury again.

The house is in a great location for walkimg to the shops, restaurants and the beach.The home was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of 6. The layout was perfect for us as the downstairs had ajoining bedrooms for parents and toddlers, and the main floor with master bed and bath worked well for seniors who didn't have to climb stairs to go to kitchen/living room. The home does not have a Kuerig coffee machine as most rentals do these days. Maintainence issues (door knobs fell off of two doors and dishwasher needs some attention to make it easier to open and load).

We loved Hammock Cottage - great location and plenty of room for 2 families. The property is very nice but could use a few crucial updates or home supplies. The King bed on the first floor made sleeping almost impossible due a huge sag in the middle of the mattress. The dishwasher in the kitchen needs to be replaced. Finally, the house could use a vacuum cleaner and extra blankets for the bedrooms. Other than these shortcomings, we would recommend the home. Thank you and take care.

Excellent stay! Weather is great there. Cottage is very near the town center, great shopping and outstanding restaurants. Approximately a ten minute walk to the beaches. The cottage three bedrooms and utility on first floor. The master, kitchen and great room with cathedral ceilings on the 2nd with a huge covered wrap around porch. A great place to stay. We would hightly recommend the Hammock Cottage.

We had two families- 8 people and we were very comfortable in the house. We had a few issues but the Mgmt company was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent any property they manage. The sofa is looking pretty tired but overall comfortable and a nice house

The house was just what we were hoping for - bright, clean, roomy, stylish and close to everything. We would definitely recommend this house to friends! The only frustrating issue was when we were checking in. The wording on the check-in instructions made us feel like we could not call to see if our house was ready early, so we didn't. Then we come to realize that our house had been ready a couple of hours earlier, but they sent the text to the wrong phone number (home landline). A simple phone call by us to your office could have solved this, but we were made to feel like this was unacceptable - this is our only complaint in terms of being not customer friendly.

We loved the house and location, however, for what it cost, we expected top-quality, pristine conditions. Within the first 12 hours of our visit we send a list of issues to the management company and one by one, they addressed each problem.

It was a great rental however for $9000 for the week I expect it to be pretty perfect. The TV in the main room we could not figure out how to get the image to fit the screen properly so it was always off. Pedestal sinks in the master are just hard. There were some ants in the downstairs bathroom. Just to be picky the appliances in the kitchen were not great. If this property was $5000 a week I would say everything was fine but for 9000 I would expect more

We stayed in the Hammock Cottage with another family in early summer. The house is in an excellent location - steps away from the town center as well as one of the pools. The other pools and the beach are also close - a short walk or bike ride. The house was very clean when we arrived with lovely beach-style decor. The outdoors spaces on both floors are great and the bunk room was perfect for our 4 kids. Overall it was a wonderful experience for both families. My only recommendation would be to make some upgrades to the 1st floor jack-and-jill bathroom. It has signs of wear and doesn't have the same quality as the rest of the house. I would recommend this house to a friend as well as 30A Luxury!

The experience was wonderful. The house is beautiful and bright, very convenient to pools, beach, etc. and well equipped. The rooms are quite specious, including the bunk room, which is somewhat atypical for these homes. The service from 30A Luxury Vacation is simply outstanding. This is our second vacation booked through them and I wouldn't book again elsewhere.

Overall, it was a great experience and a great house! We have been coming to RB for the last 10 years and have always stayed on the beach side of 30A. We really loved the location of this house and the proximity to the town square. It wasn't far from the beach at all. Our kids are older now so easier to manage and allow them to cross 30A without our help. The house was comfortable and a good fit for 2 families with 4 kids total. The management company was also super helpful and called us a couple of times to make sure we were all set. If we needed anything, they quickly responded. I also loved the app - answered all of our questions and such a great idea!

My family had a wonderful, relaxing week at Hammock Cottage. Beth, at the rental company helped us find this lovely cottage which is located very close to town and the pool. My kids (3 and 6yo) loved walking on the walkways to get coffee with their daddy everyday. The cottage had great outdoor space on the ground and first floors. The bikes that were provided made getting to the beach and town green with 2 kids really easy. We can't wait to talk to Beth to rent this or another cottage with this rental company. She really knows the layout of the town and cottages which is invaluable to finding a place fast. Thanks Beth!

Our family stayed at Post Cottage in Rosemary Beach just a few weeks ago. We really liked this property. We have 4 kids and each child brought a friend so there was plenty room for the 10 of us. The younger kids stayed in the room with the 2 bunk beds and the other 2 rooms downstairs worked for my teenage kids and friends. I liked how the master bedroom was upstairs away from other bedrooms and near the kitchen/den. The house was clean and well maintained. The TV's were a little hard to turn on for me with all the remotes but I finally got the hang of it by the end of the trip:) The wrap around porch was great! The property was located not far from the beach...just a 5-10 min walk maybe and even shorter if you bike. The manager was easy to deal with...we mostly corresponded by text messages and he was helpful and friendly. We mostly ate in because there were so many of us and it was a busy time in the summer but we did enjoy the Cowboy Kitchen and Wild Olives for lunch a few times and ordered pizza to go one night from Cowboy Kitchen. Our kids love Rosemary and love to ride their bikes around everywhere. They like visiting the Sugar Shak too. We will recommend the Post Cottage to others.

True to its name, the Hammock Cottage is located on a beach boardwalk path featuring an expansive front porch featuring a luring…HAMMOCK, the perfect spot to start your vacation! Tucked away just a few streets from the shopping and dining of Rosemary Beach, the St. Augustine Green and 2 pools, the Hammock Cottage is loved for its central location and charming character.
This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach home is beautifully decorated with modern beach designs, and offers a fantastic separation of space for small and large groups. The cottage accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two guest suites share a Jack and Jill bath with white tiled floors and marble countertops, one suite with a King and the other with a Queen bed. Continuing down the hallway you’ll find a children's bunk room, complete with 2 sets of built-in Twin Bunks and a private, shared bath.
Heading upstairs to the second floor, the master suite sits at the top of the stairwell, featuring a King bed, private bath and private balcony overlooking the beach boardwalk path. Your party is sure to enjoy the open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining areas, ideal for entertaining. This space is light and bright, adorned with abstract art & unique light fixtures. The tall, white ceilings and large windows, flood the room with light for an inviting ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a custom backsplash. Once dusk falls, turn on the fireplace and enjoy the crisp night air from the comfort of your own wrap around balcony, overlooking the quaint beach boardwalk path.
The Hammock Cottage comes with 4 complimentary adult beach cruisers, conveniently parked in the bike rack located next to the boardwalk. The courtyard is yet another outdoor retreat. Nestled in the back of the home, it provides shaded seating for four at the patio table next to the grill.
