Welcome to Moon Tide, a magnificent Seacrest cottage that strikes a beautiful balance between peaceful suburban living and laidback beachy elegance. Featuring serene surroundings, an oversized, screened-in swimming pool, three private bedrooms, and a lovely, stylish interior design, Moon Tide is the place to unwind and unplug when you want to return to nature yet still immerse yourself in total luxury.

The charming cottage-style curb appeal features a modern front door that opens directly into the open KITCHEN and DINING spaces. The first thing that will catch your eye is the vibrant, vintage-inspired mosaic tile design, which flows beautifully throughout the entire home. The open kitchen features both white and matte black cabinetry, as well as a gorgeous marble countertop and backsplash. Premier appliances include an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, a wine fridge, a full-size fridge, and a sleek electric range. In the DINING SPACE, there’s an upholstered bench and plenty of extra seating for everyone.

Around the corner from the open dining space is the inviting LIVING AREA, with large, bright windows overlooking the backyard. Here, you’ll find a plush sectional sofa and large HDTV, plus a sliding glass door leading out to the resort-style swimming pool.

Down the hallway, the first of three bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE, which includes an elegant wicker headboard and a luxe queen-size bed. In the subway-tiled ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a shower combo and a marble vanity. Next to the bathroom is a LAUNDRY NOOK with a stacked washer and dryer. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM houses a comfy queen-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed. Another FULL BATHROOM has a step-in shower.

Head outside to the spacious landscaped yard, where you’ll enjoy a COVERED TERRACE with a grill and outdoor dining area, a FIRE PIT that’s ideal for evening cocktails and conversation, and a full-size BOCCE COURT for friendly family competitions. All this, plus the oversized, screened-in SWIMMING POOL elevates Moon Tide into the upper echelon of exquisite places to call home during your next 30A coastal getaway.

What a lovely and well equipped home! Top of the line appliances, great beds and sheets, well stocked and maintained. The pool was amazing and so lovely for our kids to enjoy. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. 10/10!

Moon Tide exceeded our expectations and was the perfect size for our family of four. The pool, the bikes, and the drink cooler are just a few of the advantages this cottage has over similar priced rentals in the area. The cottage was clean, decorated tastefully and exactly as described. We highly recommend it!!!

Staying here was the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. We were both impressed by the quality of the interior design, appliances and furnishings. The screened in pool made dining and lounging more comfortable & the location was very convenient for biking to Rosemary or Alys beach and a short drive to seaside which were our main attractions. We would love to stay here again and would recommend to a friend!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Moon tide, house was clean, the pool was HUGE and the kids used it any chance they could. We opted for the pool heat in the last week of March and it was money well spent, allowing us to utilize it even on 55 degree mornings.

Our family of 5 had a great stay here over Spring Break. Short 5 minute walk to Seacrest Beach, that feels very private. The house is awesome. Very comfortable beds, large TVs, and the private pool is incredible. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
