Perfect for couples or small groups, Kidd Carriage House is a flawless flat with a luxurious, beachy flair. Located behind Kidd Cottage and near the Cabana swimming pool and downtown Rosemary Beach, this posh apartment home also keeps you close to the sparkling white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area, there’s room for four at Kidd Carriage House.

The main level of Kidd Carriage House is located one flight up. Take the cobblestone path and lighted stairway up to the second level, where the front door opens into the bright and elegant GREAT ROOM. The LIVING AREA boasts a serene and calming blue and white palate, with a slip-covered sleeper sofa, two armchairs, a tufted ottoman/coffee table, and a large HDTV. The vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams add a lovely feeling of spaciousness to this adorable space.

Next to the living area is a FULL KITCHEN, with a central island that has seating for four— ideal for dining in or creating an impromptu workspace. Also on the island is a convenient under-counter refrigerator and a separate freezer, so there’s plenty of cold storage space. The full kitchen also includes a dishwasher, a gas range, and a deep, modern farmhouse sink. Over the island are three gorgeous pendant lights that perfectly illuminate the space.

In the plush GUEST BEDROOM, a queen-size bed is flanked by two convenient closet spaces. This private oasis is ideal for recharging after a day filled with beachy adventures and also houses a large HDTV for a lazy Netflix binge from bed. In the FULL BATHROOM, you’ll find a spa-like tiled shower with a glass door and a roomy marble-topped vanity. There’s also a full-size stacked washer and dryer.

Tucked within the picturesque coastal community of Inlet Beach, you’ll love the central location that keeps you close to everything. When you’re in the mood to catch some sun by the pool, the gorgeous Rosemary Beach community swimming pool is right around the corner. And when it’s time to sink your toes into the sand, the beach access points are a short walk or bike ride from your door.

Our rental was amazing! It was my wife and our daughter. Everything was laid out perfectly and the property managers were responsive when the shower had a little clog.
We got to see the bigger house so we can’t wait to come back and bring our whole family!

We come to Rosemary every year and have never stayed in the same spot twice, the Kidd Carriage house just might be the one we’ve been looking for!! Absolutely amazing location, space, and quality. Our stay from beginning to end was great! We absolutely adored this little house and have already looked into next years dates. Perfect for a couple looking to getaway. We rode the provided bikes every single day, used the chairs for sunset, and fully enjoyed the space.

Vacation rental was clean and cozy and within walking distance to shops, food, and the beach. All was within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool was just around the corner about a 3 minute walk. The property had everything we needed from linens, coffee, pots and pans, and dishes. It also has a small refrigerator and freezer which are separate from each other. There is a connecting house that has a pool (not for use with this rental) but it was not used during our stay. The pool is right outside the living room window so I could see it being an issue if there were guests there at night but it was not used while we were there. The rental also had cable television and wi-fi. Both worked great for us. There is also a washer and dryer in the rental and washing pods were provided. My only complaint is the bed which was not comfortable for my husband and I. Everyone is different though, so our experience with the bed will not be the same for everyone. Communication was great with the property manager as well, they were just a text away. Overall a great stay for the price and would stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our “Babymoon”. The unit was in a perfect location in Rosemary Beach where you were able to walk and bike to majority of the main attractions and different areas/beaches. Clean unit and had everything needed for a long weekend stay

Perfect location near beautiful pool and easy stroll to shops and restaurants. The beach is also within a short walk. The home is well maintained and furnished with all the necessities. The only recommendation I would have is to replace the coffee maker with a Keurig. Many of the other property's in Rosemary have Keurigs. The Cuisinart coffee maker provided produced coffee with grounds in it. Even though the temperature was 100 plus the cottage remained cool.

Great visit. Carriage house suited our young, small family for 3 nights. Close to pools and restaurants. Beach a short stroll. No issues noted during our stay.

Our stay was good. The carriage house was nice, however its need some attention. The coffee maker leaks water, the dishwasher needs to be fixed and the zero entry shower floods the bathroom. There were only two bowls and a small amount of coffee mugs. I found myself cleaning up and hand washing more each meal. There also needs to be better communication about parking, mention to guests that they need to walk inside the garage to open the garage door instead of using a code. And a note regarding how to work the TV would be nice too, we had to have the maintenance guy on the 3rd day show us. This is important for families with small children. The carriage house beds were vert comfortable and the location is great, it just needs a little TLC to make guests’ stay more enjoyable and less of a hassle.

We loved our stay at Kidd Carriage. The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Rosemary, an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants everyday. We chose this place specifically because we did not rent a car for the week and wanted to be able to walk/bike to our destinations. The apartment itself was clean and well decorated, but could do with a couple upgrades to make it even better: keep salt + pepper on hand, replace the mattress as it’s starting to wear down (note- this is a queen. The listing says king which is not accurate). Those little things aside, we loved our stay!
