Description

Located on a quiet gated neighborhood on the eastern edge of Rosemary Beach, A Shore Thing combines graceful southern design with the laidback coastal luxury 30A is known for. Surrounded by manicured landscaping and boasting a thoroughly modern yet welcoming front porch, this elegant oasis houses four private bedrooms, two comfy living areas, and an idyllic location that will keep you close to the beach and the bike trails. In fact, just behind this home, there is a private walkway leading down to the sugary sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.

Once inside, the main level living and dining area balance a clean, casual, and comfortable style with effortless beachy elegance. The slipcovered sofa, loveseat, and armchair are piled with plush throw pillows and face the 70-inch, mounted HDTV. Behind the sofa is a dining nook with a table that seats six. Wide plank floors, sea glass-colored walls, and nautical artwork remind you that the ocean is never very far away. This living and dining space is ideal for fun game nights, family movie nights with a big bowl of popcorn, or a girl’s night in with a bottle of wine.

The kitchen is wide open to the living and dining area, designed to allow for a natural flow and ease for larger groups. White shaker cabinets are double stacked to the ceiling and feature glass cabinets with lovely backlighting. An impressive collection of premier appliances includes a spacious KitchenAid refrigerator, Viking gas range and oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The center island features a dramatic waterfall edge, farmhouse sink, wine fridge, and casual bar stool seating. Everyone in your group will love to gather here in the mornings over fresh orange juice and blueberry muffins.

The first of four bedrooms is the impressive primary suite, which is located on the main level. Inspired by the sea, the room is bathed in soothing cerulean blue and features a luxe king-size bed. A sliding barn door leads into the ensuite bathroom, where there is a jetted tub, double vanity, and a walk-in shower surrounded by the same lovely shade of blue.

Unique, custom railings lead upstairs to the second living space with a 55-inch HDTV and a wet bar. In the secondary bedroom suite, a king-size bed sits in a woven bed frame, while the attached bathroom houses a classic clawfoot tub and separate shower. In the third bedroom suite, there’s a king-size bed and an ensuite bath with a step-in shower. The fourth and final bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Besides the lovely front porches, A Shore Thing also has a private back deck with a lounging area, alfresco dining space, and a gas range for grilling out. Just steps from the back porch is the deeded walkway that leads directly down to the gorgeous beach, and across the street is the sparkling swimming pool. Gorgeous vacation home-perfect for our girls weekend/birthday celebration! Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with TVS, comfortable beds and luxurious sheets. Couldn’t be more conveniently located: walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. Perfection all around!

We absolutely loved this house and location! The house is gorgeous and had everything that we needed. The close proximity to the beach and restaurants was amazing. The pool was so nice and so close to the house! We loved having the bikes and being next to Rosemary for ice cream! This is truly an ideal place!

We wanted a cozy house but yet enough for everyone to have space. This one was perfect. Kitchen was very spacious which I loved. And the patio with the grill was great. Ended up having a cookout. Enjoyed the beach that was really close by. Just took a lil stroll and you were there. Really felt safe in the gated community. Will definitely consider this in the future.

We absolutely loved this home. Conveniently located to everything and great floor plan! We loved that there were 4 king beds instead of bunk rooms on every corner like a lot of homes here (some were a little squeaky and sunken but didn't bother us too much). The kitchen had everything we could possibly need! Loved that there were bikes included too. Very clean. Would stay here again and again!

A Shore Thing was the perfect size and layout for our use and number of people we had. Beautiful home and beautiful decor. Location is perfect, short walk to beach access and Rosary Beach. Great access to get to Inlet Beach restaurants etc. We loved our stay and would definitely be back to A Shore Thing!

We loved this house! We have been visiting 30A for the last 6 or so years and have stayed in different communities. The location of this house was perfect! Right next to Rosemary and a stones throw from Hwy 98. The community is gated and has a very nice pool shared by just 8-10 was never crowded. Super easy to get to the beach one street over. 4 bikes are also included.
It is an upscale property and luxuriously decorated. It has 4 bedrooms (2 masters, one upstairs & 1 downstairs. 2 living areas too. It was perfect for my family of 5 which included 3 teens .They all agreed this was their favorite house we have stayed in on 30a. It was also the most relaxing. Because of the location, do did not have to fight the 30a traffic. Another thing to note is that because the house is so close to Hwy98, You can be at the Publix in PCB in 5-10 mins. We were also able to walk to many restaurants near by. I definitely recommend A shore thing and we will stay here again!

30 A luxury vacation staff are great, they are very responsive and prompt to answer any question.We were thrilled by this property, the house is really well-maintained, everything was clean and spotless. A minor note can be made about some of the dishes and silverware, as not all items were cleansed properly.We had an issue with the AC, someone promptly showed up in few minutes and fixed the issue.The professionalism and courtesy and how we were treated in addition to the well-maintained property will make us for sure reach out to them next year.Our time was enjoyable large part because of our choice to go with 30A luxury vacation.
