Description

The Harper Cottage & Carriage House in Rosemary Beach offers the feel of a French country manor, with whitewashed walls, wood beams, and an air of effortless elegance. As you enter through the curved door, you’ll find yourself in the spacious great room. To your left is a formal dining room, with a long table for 8, in front of a bank of windows. Other amenities include a wet bar and beverage refrigerator.

The kitchen is fit for the most sophisticated of chefs, with marble counters, limestone backsplash, and professional-grade stainless steel appliances. A generous island offers seating for 5. The open floor plan flows easily into the living room, where you’ll find seating for 7 in neutral relaxing tones. A large flat-screen TV offers evening entertainment. A private courtyard is complete with a saltwater pool, seating for 5, and a natural gas grill.

The first-floor bedroom suite offers a queen bed with dual nightstands and lamps, a side chair, a double dresser, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. A first-floor half bath is for the convenience of the whole group.

The 2nd-floor master is a true sanctuary, offering a private living area with a sofa and side chair. A comfy king-size bed offers a luxurious respite with dual nightstands and lamps. A flat-screen TV entertains. The ensuite bath offers a freestanding tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. A separate water closet, large walk-in closet, and dressing area offer privacy.

The second bedroom suite offers built-in bunks and a large daybed, a large dresser, and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite bath features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom suite offers a queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, a side chair, and flat-screen TV. An ensuite bath offers a generous walk-in shower.

The separate, proper 1-bedroom carriage house is a lovely extension of the main home, with relaxing neutral decor. The welcoming living room offers a large sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV. A separate conversation area with two side chairs is located directly behind.

A full kitchen offers the same amenities as the main home, as in solid-surface counters, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space. The center island seats 4. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, dual nightstands, and lamps. Other features include a large dresser and flat-screen TV. A gracious bath has a walk-in shower.

Really love working with 30A Luxury Vacations once again. They go above and beyond. They are very responsive to any issues and stay in touch with you through the process via text, which is very convenient. We had a couple of things that needed attention and they took care of them all in no time. Checkin and Check out is a breeze and the house was ready to go early this time too. Wonderful company to work with.

Two families of 3 really enjoyed their stay at this house. The house was clean and exactly matched the pictures. While it is a ~10-minute walk to the beach, it's right next to the shops/restaurants which was really nice.

Our family loved this home. The kitchen was great for cooking and well stocked. The pool was perfect for the kids when we didn't want to go to one of the four community pools. We'll be back!

It was a good stay and beautiful home! So close to everything that Rosemary has to offer! My one complaint is that the Carriage House smells like cigarette smoke. This was a disappointment

Lovely home. Need better signage for the pool alarm. Need more sets of dishes and some decent cooking knives. Bathroom door in queen room on second floor does not close.

Harper's Cottage truly has it all...beautiful well-designed spaces, comfortable bedrooms, amazing bathrooms, gorgeous pool, well-equipped, perfectly maintained, with a guest house to boot! We couldn't have asked for a better home during our stay! We love Harper's Cottage!

The house was spacious and extremely comfortable for our family of 12. Loved the pool and easy access to playground and splash pool. Our only complaint was the meager kitchen supplies. There was one small serrated knife, other than steak knives.

Our stay at Harper's Cottage was great! Photos are accurate. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere, yet on a quiet street. Our only complaints were that the kitchen is lacking some bar essentials (shaker, jigger, etc) but we made due with what we could find, and there are no chaise lounge chairs by the pool; it's not easy to sun by the pool in a club chair. I would recommend this home, but would definitely encourage the owners to add some lounge chairs to the pool area.

After years of staying in WaterColor, WaterSound and Rosemary, is our FAVORITE House! Very Very Clean, Neat and simple Decor, Kitchen was very organized and not over packed with multiple sets of dishes, etc., beds were very comfortable, carriage house was perfect for our teenager, the new swings installed at the pool were heaven, and the location was perfectly quiet but we walked/biked everywhere. One important feature for covid concerns was the outside grill was top notch and used often. We actually are buying one for our home as we loved it so much. MOST IMPORTANTLY IN THE REVIEW - we smelled gas one day and the Service immediately sent over someone to fix. The Rental Company was and absolute joy to work with so Thank You!!

We had a large group stay at the Harper House and Cottage - it was fantastic! The house was extremely clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The rental company was easy to communicate with and even came over to assist with a pool alarm issue! We were very pleased with our stay. The house is in an amazing location - close to shops, restaurants, the beach, and there are a couple fun pools! We loved it. I highly recommend this home!

We loved our stay in the Bruner cottage. Last minute and Chris at 30A luxury along with the entire team got us in and are the reason we had another beautiful week in Rosemary. Thank you!!! Home was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Right next to the cabana pool & playground which the kids loved. We used both main cottage and carriage house. Plenty of space for both families to enjoy. Any extra needs were met immediately and we had no issues during our stay. The Bruner cottage is a quick bike ride to the beach and a few mins walk. The kids went back and forth easily. Our first time staying on the north side and I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet & convenient it was. Our favorite cottage stay so far. Thank you 30A luxury! We will be back soon:)
